Christmas Tree 2008

This year Uncle Brian, Aunt Dawn, Jay, Nola & I went to Belvidere, NJ, about 45 minutes from our house to cut down our Christmas tree. It was a little cold but we were all bundled up!

We let Nola out of the wagon and within 5 minutes she was face first on the ground....she's so graceful!

After the tree cutting we got some hot chocolate and went on the hayride..minus the hay! We got a tour of the farm and it was pretty cool to learn the history!

On Sunday we woke up to flurries and some light snow on the ground. Sorry but this is the best picture we could get of Nola in the snow!

We had a nice time with the Andersens in PA this year.

Nola LOVED Jenn, Melissa & Danielle! She remembered Melissa from babysitting a few months back and put her arms right up and said "Up, Up!" Thanks for letting her play with your phones!

Thanksgiving Week!

We had the Atwells over for Chili and I had to get this on camera.

On Wednesday we had a half day of school and since Aunt Pep was getting her teeth worked on, I brought Nola to work! We were in the computer lab and she LOVED it.

Annual Deer Run Thanksgiving!

We had our annual Deer Run Thanksgiving with our neighbors from Lincoln Park.

Quick Update: Dr. Jon & Becky hosted this year at their beautiful new house in Wayne and they are expecting their first child in April. Meredith & Jay still live in Lincoln Park with their dog Kiki. They catch us up on all the scoop there. And Caitlin & Ryan are enjoying every second with 3 month old Lily and Caitlin will go back to work in February.

Nola wore her squeaks but they quickly came off when the dogs thought her shoes were a toy! I'll have to remember that!

After dinner Nola let us know when she was ready...she's getting a little ruder with this. She starts putting her coat and hat on and says bye or even goes to the door and says bye! Doesn't she look cute though!

Dawn & Brian's Shower!

Our friends Brian & Dawn are having their first baby in January. Her shower was a surprise so I've been avoiding Dawn so I didn't screw it up! She was really surprised! She thought she was going to an awards dinner for Brian's sister.

They don't know what they are having but I have guessed girl since day one.
Baby Sarah! We'll see!

After the shower I picked up Nola from the Atwell's and headed back to Brian & Dawn's for the after party. Rob & Liz made it too with little Robert. We haven't seen him since August...what a big boy!

Of course, I couldn't get both of them to go smile at the same time!
