Andersen Bi-Annual Family Reunion

We headed out Friday afternoon to Pennsylvania to go camping in PA for Jay's family reunion AND we finally got to try out our new camper that's been sitting in the driveway.

"This is my cousin Mason. I was telling him how cool LSU is and trying to recruit him to come with me!"


They met for the first time this weekend and really had a fun time together. Mason LOVED the puddles and spent most of the time being wet.

Nola picked a flower for me.....it was the first one. I took a picture so it would last longer.

"There's no showers, but because my mom is a germ-a-phobe I got take a bath in the sink."

"The theme was Italian so I decided to eat chalk for my heartburn."

Thanks to the Andersens who put in so much work to make the weekend successful. We had such a fantastic time...even Jay who has strep throat and spent all Saturday night sleeping in the camper. Thank you to all of Nola's babysitters who really helped me keep an eye on her. Sorry again to those that she woke up with her screaming. We have to work on her camping skills...she failed in the sleeping department this weekend...we'll practice. As for the camper, it really held up nicely and didn't even leak when it poured Saturday. We might just try it again before the next reunion.
