Annual Apple Picking!
We were headed to our annual apple picking with Cheryl, Jack, Lisa & Joni and Nola found her flower hat. Isn't she soooo cute?!
The whole ride there Nola kept talking about the "apple pick." She couldn't wait to get started. Unfortunately, Jay & I weren't too happy since we were in his Honda (we parked at the bottom) and had to lug the wagon up the big hill to meet everyone.
While Jay & I were trying to catch our breath Nola jumped out and started picking apples. I do have to say that this year the apples were much more plentiful. We went a few weeks earlier and we filled up our bag in about 20 minutes.
Jack's nephew rode in the wagon with Nola and the two of them had so much fun picking apples and eating some too!
After picking our apples we headed down to the fun. We ate apple cider donuts, Nola sat in the pumpkin patch, but she wouldn't ride the pony this year. Not sure why.
She loved feeding them grass. They ate it right from her hand. Nola also got her first tattoo. She wouldn't get it on her face but she did get a little pumpkin painted on her hand. It was really cute but washed off in about 5 minutes.
Thanks for a great time & we can't wait until next year!
