The Clays come to town!
Dave, Christy, & Tripp were supposed to come last weekend but due to the huge snow storm, we had to reschedule. It worked out better anyway because Christy & I got to go to my cousin Liz' baby shower. Doesn't she look fabulous for being due in 6 weeks.
The shower was at George & Martha's restaurant in Morristown. They did a great job with all the decorations.
Close up!
Thanks for a good time.
Good luck Liz.
We are guessing girl!
P.S. While the girls were out on Saturday, the guys had our kids plus neighborhood kids and their dads over for a meat fest! If you want to see pics let Jay know, he has a ton! :)
The weather was gorgeous...much improved from the snow we had and we wanted to take advantage of it so we headed to Hoboken for an adventure. First stop was a park where we met a Hippy lady who was Hoolahooping for exercise. She was great with the kids and they loved her hoopaloops. (See video)
We headed over to a Crepe place on Frank Sinatra Blvd. We had to wait a while for our food but the kids were really good.
"Don't take my picture while I'm eating! Don't you know you never get a girl eating on camera."
After lunch the kids ran around to burn off calories.
Because we decided to go find Cake Boss on Washington St.
The line was around the corner but we talked Jay into waiting.

While we were waiting in line we saw the Buddy's brother in law. Christy started freaking out and ran up to hug and kiss him.
Just Kidding!
Once we finally got it...we started stressing out because of all the choices. We didn't know what to get. Everything looked so good and they had so many counters to choose from. There were alot of people inside and when they called your number you had to be ready to order. They were very patient with people who have trouble making decisions, :)
No we didn't get this beautiful cake but we got a couple of different things, cupcake, cookies, cannolis, pastries.
Everything was delicious, especially the cake (I tasted Nola's cupcake). It was definitely worth the wait and we would do it again.
Great suggestion Christy!
