LAST DAY AT HEARTS & HANDS!

The last day at Hearts & Hands preschool finally came. I can't believe how fast the school year went by. We absolutely love the school!

What a big girl!
We have watched Nola progress both academically and socially (if that's possible) over this year. She knows all of her letters and can count to 30 so far. She has even tackled her fear of slides. Yay!

On the last day of school parents were invited for the last half hour for a little party!

"Syndey, how long do we have to wait here?"

So Big!

Finally when all the parents entered, they (minus Nola-see video) sang two little songs for us.

They each got a little diploma...so cute! Of course, I was also looking for a list of skills that they should have mastered by this time...I know I need to take it easy!

Then it was party time!

Nola & Sydney with Miss Carla (their music teacher) who is moving this summer. I actually taught two of Miss Carla's daughters.

Carlye also had a little party in her classroom.

Carlye with Miss Diane (she is Miss Sue's mother)

Carlye & Miss Renee

"Thanks Miss Ashley & Miss Sue for a great year!"

Nola will go to camp at Hearts and Hands on Wednesdays and Fridays for the rest of June and all of July before she switches to St. Elizabeth's Montessori School...She's really growing up!

After you watch the video you will see why Jay told Nola, " Bird, I'm glad I didn't pay big bucks for this!" HAHA! We really had a great day & after school we took Nola to lunch & to Toys R Us to make her birthday wish list!
