Family Reunion!

It was time for the Bi-Annual Andersen Reunion in Pennsylvania. I can't believe it's been 2 years already. Nola was only 1 last time, and it seems like only yesterday we were all together. We headed up Friday afternoon but there was a lot of traffic. We finally made it just in time for Uncle Rob's delicious pizza.

Nola was soooo excited to use her new sleeping bag from Lily.

We haven't used the camper since the last reunion, but it wasn't too bad.
Nola must have liked it because she didn't move once!

Nola was up pretty early Saturday morning so we let Dad sleep in and we went to play. After swinging with Grandpa for a while, Nola headed over to play with Uncle Keith!

Breakfast time!

Jarett caught a fish in the pond and we all raced over to see it!

Playing in the sand!

Nola playing with Aunt Heather!

Mom & Nola

Nola swimming in the pond!

"Watch me swim Mom!"

"Come on Bird, Kick!"

Nola LOVED the sand!
She kept making sand soup and wanted everybody to taste it!

Just missed Uncle Keith jumping in from the rope!

HORSE RACE TIME!

There were 6 horses to bet on. Each bet was a dollar. Two people rolled dice on the side and whatever numbers came up those horses got to move to the finish line!

Nola was horse #6
We took a chance and bet on her!

It was a close race!

WINNER!
Nola won the first race!
We won $4!

I guess she didn't want to press her luck because she gave up her horse to be a roller, but she had a little trouble and I didn't want her to roll if money was involved.

We continued to place our bets but we went to make more sand soup!

Jay's favorite shot!

Saturday afternoon, Nola wanted to take some pics.
She did a really nice job!

Daddy!

Daddy, Uncle Spen, & Grandpa

Heather, Aunt Heather & Mom

Barbara playing holy board

Uncle Keith & Larry playing horshoes

Saturday night was Bingo of course!
Nola couldn't keep still to play so she was Grandma's helper!

This year's theme was 70's! Uncle Rob, Aunt Deb, the girls, Steve, and JAY all wore costumes and came out dancing to 70's music!Jay came up to surprise Nola & she FREAKED!

It didn't help that she didn't get a nap, but she was really scared!

When Jay finally convinced Nola that he was Dad she calmed down, but didn't like the wig at all.

Go Melissa!

Uncle Rob!

Sunday morning we had a nice breakfast, packed up, watched the rain and headed home. Everyone was exhausted but we had fantastic weather and a great time!
Two years will be here before we know it!
