ROLLING OVER!

It seems that every time I put Nola down she rolls over, so I decided to try to get it on video. She turned the wrong way, but it still came out cute. We are also working on sitting up and taking naps. We'll keep you posted.

We are heading to New Orleans on Thursday until the day after Christmas. Nola is really excited that she gets to make all the family parties this year as well as Grumps' birthday dinner!

PEAS...MMMMMM Good!

Hello Everyone! We just wanted to let y'all know that Nola ate her first solid food today...PEAS!! She seemed to like it okay, but wasn't screaming for more like her cousin Tripp. Actually, I thought she was going to throw up at one point. It was pretty funny! Nola seems to be talking even more and every time we lay her down she rolls over.



We are supposed to get hit with a NorEaster' tonight so we'll keep you posted!!

Nola's First D'Amelio Christmas Party

Today we had Nola's first D'Amelio Christmas party. You would have thought it was her birthday party. She met alot of her cousins for the first time, got lots of presents, and Santa made an appearance with a present for Nola. She ACTUALLY opened it herself and as you can see from the picture was NOT satisfied with what she got. Wonder where she gets that? It was so funny!

Visiting Santa at State Farm

Today we went to Grandma's work and got to sit on Santa's lap. They took lots of pictures of me and they even gave me a present. Daddy got to eat all the goodies!!

5 Months

Wow! We can't believe our little baby is growing up so fast. She is constantly doing new things and we love it. Twice she has rolled over and I've missed it. She's quick. Nola's smiles brighten everyone's day and she hugs you so tight you don't want to let her go. We bought her a jumper so she has something to play with at Aunt Peppy's and we've been letting her try it out so I can make sure she is safe. As you can tell from the picture she loves it and every day she seems to jump a little more and feel more confident. I better move the fire extinguisher!

"Second" First Snow

Since the first snow of the season melted before we got back from shopping (right before Thanksgiving), we decided to declare this Nola's first snow. We didn't know how she would reacte but Nola seemed to love the snow. She made a snow angel as if she were a natural.She was actually fine in her bunting, but she asked Santa for a snow suit.

Nola got to stay up late to watch the Tigers' BIG win and after her bath I pulled out her pajamas, looked up, and she was sucking her toes. The sucking sound was so loud. I almost peed my pants because I was laughing so hard. She does new things every day and she is so damn cute we could eat her up.
