A New Milestone!

No, no tooth yet! But, Nola has graduated to her "big girl" car seat. She was so happy when we tested it because she could see more. I know, I can't believe I went with the flowers but I really thought it was cute.

HERE I GEAUX!!!

Over the last few weeks Nola has been getting up on all fours for a few seconds but not really going anywhere. In just the last few days she began rolling like a tornado to get across the room and she is also working out her arm/leg coordination in her crawl. We have been practicing all weekend so I am officially calling it a first. Now we are just waiting for the tooth which we think should be any day, she has been drooling buckets!

7 month compilation

Nola wore her first "Jersey Girl" outfit the other night so I wanted to share because she was SO cute. This was the night that the snow started. I also created an album of random pictures I took during her 7th month. Hope you enjoy!

SNOW DAY #2

Well we were hit with a bundle of snow Thursday night into Friday, so that meant NO SCHOOL for mom and Nola got to stay home. We had a blast playing in it, well Nola didn't like the snow on her face, but it was pretty funny watching her. She finally got to wear her snow suit, which she looked SO cute in and then when Jay got home, he built a snowman and we put her next to it. I think we liked it more than she did.

First Valentine's Day!

Jay & I had a great first Valentine's Day with our little Valentine! We stayed home and had tacos and wine for dinner. Nola got some sweet potato puff cereal and a teething ring. We had to share her first experience with the puff cereal. Enjoy!

HAPPY MARDI GRAS Y'ALL!

All I can say is Laisez les Bon Temps Roule!!!! The good times rolled for the Andersen family and now little Nola has been initiated to the revelry of Mardi Gras! It is definitely in her blood. I really thought she might be scared of the bands and the noise, but boy was I WRONG! She wouldn't take her naps because she wanted to dance to the music and catch as much as she could. She and Tripp racked up and caught enough stuffed animals to fill a claw machine. Nola even got to go on Uncle Tim's float in Toth. We all had a FANTASTIC Mardi Gras and can't wait till next year so Nola and Tripp can go in the ladder. Jay is already making plans for an LSU/Mardi Gras ladder. Are you surprised? Anyway, enjoy the pics!
